Bellow type Gate Valves

Bellow sealed gate valves are used in various industries for several important reasons:

Leak Prevention: The bellows provide a flexible, leak-proof seal that prevents fluid from escaping, which is crucial in applications involving hazardous or corrosive substances.

Corrosion Protection: The bellows protect the valve stem from corrosive fluids, extending the valve’s lifespan and reducing maintenance needs.

Environmental Safety: By preventing leaks, these valves help minimize fugitive emissions, making them environmentally friendly and compliant with stringent regulations.

Temperature and Pressure Compensation: The bellows can accommodate changes in temperature and pressure, ensuring smooth and efficient valve operation.

Reliability in Harsh Conditions: They are designed to handle harsh environments and corrosive fluids, providing high levels of safety and reliability.

These features make bellow sealed gate valves ideal for industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and power generation, where safety and leak prevention are paramount.

We supply Bellow sealed Gate valves designed to ASME with flanged ends or butt weld ends, cast steel/stainless steel body, trim and bellows made of stainless steel, with bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke, sealed by graphite gland packing and metal bellows, stainless steel/graphite gaskets. Leak-free stem seal with primary sealing to atmosphere, provided by a multi-walled metal bellows welded to the stem and a graphite gasket between body and bonnet. And secondary sealing of the stem passage to atmosphere is provided by a minimum of five graphite packing rings plus lower gland section for added safety.
